Draft Responsibly Coaching is committed to developing purposeful, powerful and passionate athletes, from each pedal revolution to each lap around the sun. We welcome cyclists at any stage of development, from crawling up daunting hills, to climbing the podium, to mitigating age-related changes that threaten freedom of movement. We are excited to guide your exploration and expand your boundaries.

Our training philosophy is to promote movement throughout the life span by creating and building comprehensive fitness programs to develop strength, mobility and endurance. Training programs will be carefully crafted and catered to meet you where you are now, and modified to take you where you want to go, on and off the bike.

Two-time Olympic medalist and master Yogi, Karen Kraft Rigsby, has created a 3-part series of yoga sessions with the cyclists in mind.  You can select any individual 30 minute session for $75, or bundle the entire series including a bonus set of 6 strength challenges for $200.  You will receive an email with private links to your purchased yoga session videos within 24 hours of full payment.
